Q. How much does it cost to subscribe to the online training service?

A. Annual subscriptions are available for £75 + vat per user. This provides access to all of the courses on the site for a period of 12 months. Alternatively, for local authority subscribers, the following rates are available:

1 Month: £20 + vat per person
3 Months: £40 + vat per person
6 Months: £50 + vat per person
12 Months: £75 + vat per person.

Q. I am returning to food enforcement after a career break, which courses are suitable for me?

A. We would recommend completion of our "Food Law Refresher", "Food Law Code of Practice", "Food Hygiene Enforcement" and "Audit of HACCP Systems" courses. We have put together a "Return to Work" training record which will help you plan your training which you can download by clicking here.

Q. How can I obtain a username and password to enter the training portal?

A. Access to the training portal is available by annual subscription. If your local authority already subscribes to the service please speak with your manager who will be able to allocate a username and password to you. If your local authority would like to subscribe to the service, please click here.

If you do not work for a local authority, simply complete our booking form and use our secure online payment service to pay for your subscription by card.

Q. I've forgotten my password, what should I do?

A. Enter your username on the home page and click "forgotten your login information". Your password will be e-mailed to you.

A. Your username is your e-mail address. If you work for a local authority, your manager will have your username details in the manager account.

Q. How can I change my password?

A. If you work for a local authority, your manager will be able to change your password for you. If you are an independent subscriber please contact us to change your password.

Q. Can I enlarge the font size on the screen?

A. Yes, either press "Ctrl" on your keyboard and rotate the wheel in the centre of your mouse or if you are using Internet Explorer 8, select "page" and then "text size".

Q. Is there a user guide available?

A. Yes, this is available in the library once you have logged into the service.
