To update officers on the changes to the Food Law Code of Practice and assist them in the consistent risk rating of food businesses

Objectives

To review revisions to the Food Law Code of Practice
To provide guidance on the appropriate application of the food hygiene risk rating scheme

There are two separate training courses:

Day 1 Food Hygiene Interventions (23rd September)

Day 2 Intervention Risk Rating (24th September)
