Who should attend?
The course is aimed at Environmental Health and Trading Standards Officers who are new to the area of food standards enforcement.
About the Programme
Aims: The course aims to provide delegates with an overview of the law relating to food labelling, additives, contact materials, organiic foods and food composition requirements in the context of food standards interventions.

The course will provide delegates with:
