Who should attend?

The course will be of benefit to officers who are returning to the enforcement of health & Safety legislation following a career break or for thiose who would like some refresher training in the subject.

About the Programme

This course provides delegates with an overview of Health & Safety legislation together with practical guidance on topic based inspections, the Enforcement Management Model and drafting enforcement notices.

The course will help delegates to:

Identify relevant Health and Safety issues in the workplaces where they have enforcement responsibilities.
Provide appropriate guidance to businesses to help them to comply with their Health & Safety obligations.
Make appropriate enforcement decisions where non-compliances have been identified.
