ABC Food Safety now offers local authorities a food safety and food standards auditing service.

These rigorous audits are designed to replicate those undertaken by the Food Standards Agency. They are intended to assist authorities in the identification of good practice and also to highlight areas requiring attention so that the authority can provide an effective food enforcement service.

Members of the audit team have considerable experience in the management of local authority food enforcement services as well the auditing of these functions and each audit is carefully managed to ensure that a high quality service is provided.

We offer a full food service audit which assesses compliance against the "Standard". Alternatively we offer focused audits which concentrate on certain elements of the food service provided by an authority.
